Dear Members
The Indian bourses tumbled below 17,000 level
as the Greece debt crisis made investors edgy about its global
economic recovery, it threw global markets into disarray and
impacted Indian markets.
Key circulars released across BFSI segment are

Next
RAIN meeting is scheduled on 13th May. We will be
reviewing the following:
1.
Registrars
role and responsibilities in the light of the new Sebi guidelines
and agree on commonality of processes between registrars
2.
New
Model Mou has been prepared and will be shared with the group for
finalisation and then for sharing with Sebi / other
stakeholders
3.
Seminar
for RAIN members on emerging role of Registrars and IT security etc
will be planned
